That said, we do not disclose personal information, customer information, or information that violates the rights of anyone involved.

3. How We Disclose Information

Disclosure of information as stipulated by the Timely Disclosure Regulations is done using the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and after disclosing it through the system, the information is then also promptly posted to our website. We strive to actively disclose information that we believe may be effective in understanding our company, even if this information does not fall under the Timely Disclosure Regulations.

4. Silent Period

To prevent information leakage of financial results (including quarterly financial results), and to ensure fairness in disclosing information, our silent period is from the day after the final day of settling accounts period (quarterly settlements in June, September, December, March) until the day results are announced. During this period, we will refrain from answering questions or commenting on financial results and performance forecasts. However, if significant performance fluctuations are expected during this period, we will disclose information as deemed appropriate according to the Timely Disclosure Regulations.
